We’ll meet online for a kick off workshop to delve into all the ideas and possibilities for the membership.
I’ll ask lots of questions so that I understand your vision. This will help us create a membership that best supports your long-term strategic aims and increases membership income over time.
I’ll ask about your workflow to plan how a membership will fit into your schedule in a sustainable way.
I’ll then work on at least two different concepts and messaging options.

2 Hour ideation session In this fully interactive session, we’ll deep dive into your vision and map out the dream offer for your community
What I’ll be working on:
Community outline To define what your membership is and how to make it sustainable for you and your schedule.
Membership name If a name hasn’t emerged in the ideation stage, you can select your favourite from a bespoke list
Membership invitation This one-pager is the elevator pitch for the programme.

I’ll present the different concepts in a 1-hour feedback workshop. We’ll draw out what you like, what you don’t, what we need more or less of etc.
This refining process will allow the memberships unique positioning to emerge.
All of your feedback and comments will give me everything I need to work on the final version of your key messaging and get cracking with your sign up page.
